i did a coop with them before for a mc project  ,yes ,that guy always forgot the items/box which need to ship to me , so u have to flood his email and trace him always.They are a civilian making studio . Btw,I received all ordered goods from him finially , but have to wait long always........

PS*Try open case in PAYPAL , i did to DD them twice , and they replied me fast for this claim (lol) ...somehow they beg me to close the case and they will ship the item immediately....
