I wonder how people pick their size, usually the online store provide sizes from XS-XXL but how do you know which size would fit yourself??? I stand at 5'6, 37 inc. from hip to feet, 27 inc wide. Any help would be appericate.

they usually include a size menu for ya
so that you could read your size

but some don't...
