在cgf有位哥哥仔講起英軍第一課!我不禁想起從SASC"請注意,不是SAS,多咗個C字!調返訓練營第一日,我一到位,老細Trg Maj 說"我們"明天要攪掂新仔訓練Program.包括軍操,PT,讀地圖,野戰,英文,軍例,無綫電通訊,槍械等等所有新仔需要學之技巧,真是頭都大晒,親愛的朋友有何意見!如何做起!

各位可有高見!這話題有興趣掛!吹水咋!唔係上課呀!請不要認真.

Last time i went to RMAS, i did an exercise which involved 無綫電通訊(radio) and 讀地圖(Orienteering). This might help you.

Well, on the map, there are 15 checkpoints (can be more or less). In each checkpoint, there is a question about general military knowledge (e.g. what does DPM stand for?). The objective is to go to each checkpoint fastest possible with a bowman radio on them and answer all questions correctly. The Fastest and get the most correct answer win!

For example,

Cadet: ‘Hello, Hotel one, this is Alfa one, arrived at grip ref.211454 at checkpoint 1, and the answer to the question is Disruptive Pattern Material, over.’

Sgt: ‘Hello Alfa one, this is Hotel one, the answer is correct, proceed to checkpoint 2, over.’

Cadet: ‘Hello, Hotel one, this is Alfa one, Roger that. Out.’

Etc.

This involve some running as well.

For your PT, just do the RMAS minimum reqiurement-

Male- 44 press up in 2 mins and 60 sit up in 2 mins and just get them to run 2 miles!

多謝:給我不小回憶,當年在sasc計子彈之安全.到現在唔記得了,只記得一次啹喀兵功課出錯,只有將ss109換普通5.56子彈使射程減1000M.故射擊可以不需中斷,而在青山工作之某政府部門也不再身入險地安全地完成任務!但該啹喀官提早食糧?

I do not know if you have completed your RMAS cadet training....

Please refer to the below link to see how a soldier in the British have to do regarding fitness training. Especially, look at the BFT and CFT which every soldier have to complete every 6 months (BFT) and every year (CFT)

MS was a WO2 Training Sergeant Major for recruit and I was a Staff Sergeant Training Instructor for Trained solders.

Hi staff, thanks for your info but i was talking about the Officer physical standard. male-44 press ups in 2 mins and 50 sit ups in 2 mins. also the 1.5 miles run in 10.5 mins.

I did the a PT session in RMAS during a PO visit in July. Check out the following link, staff.

Hi, I left the Army many years. Not "Staff" many years for now!

You are talking Officer Cadet Selection (this is not a Officer Physical Standard at all, no such thing)….but I am talking about “trained” soldiers including Officers and Other Ranks (OR). (there is no difference in physical standard in between officer or ORs , BFT and CFT must be pass every time if not you are out!)

OK, so you were not attending the Officer Training at all. Were you complete any formal Army or service training at all?

所有軍隊之Lessons係根椐軍部指引,所有部隊話之係sas 或係厨房佬部隊不能隨意加改,在訓練營開檔第一件事係做一個block syllabus,幾多subjects,例如軍操,sa80,lsw.map reading,等等當然唔係禁小喇,係就唔洗做!再分每個課目要多少堂,室內還是室外?還要順序,例如新兵未學槍,如何去射耙?文科在上午人精神d,武科在下午等等,還要預例如下大雨,打風等等,做很多程序才.............第一課!早d識你人都開心d

完成了syllabus跟住做program,做完program才做lesson plan,跟住做內務,例如訂車,訂船,訂直升機,訂外援,訂耙場等等總知訓練營........不易為,唔係講禁簡單.有d睇唔好的麻煩,例如book range唔人爭,因用把場有分資格,例如比賽行頭,APWT第二,普通練習排最後,耙場使用權個個耙場不同,例如城市模儀耙場CQBR,你估何部隊排先?

答案是RHKP,SDU(你唔知此耙場係香港政府裨錢咩!軍部負責,又知不知誰代表軍部接收該耙場?

將軍到訪例牌合照(將軍揸住之盾牌現在在黄府掛在牆上) 懶之過相片連相架影印就係禁後果,千祈唔好學呀!

Vince, Lt Col. Hart is going next year (i think) then Maj. Cole will take over.

This year, we have 3 C.sgt. they are elle Marr (also appointed Lord Lt. Cadet), Max B-Y and R. Hancock

hopefully, i will be C.sgt and Lord Lt. Cadet next year!

p.s did u get your thing?
