Blackberry Bold 9000
有新email來時，在 all message 同埋果個 mailbox icon度會有星
但而家得返mailbox icon度有星，all message度無星
入去個mailbox度，又見唔到有新email喎
點先可以整走粒星呢？

已經試過關機再開，又在blackberry網度send service book
但粒星都仲響度... 點樣挑走那粒星呀？

did you check the SMS Inbox ?

also you using the ISP service or the Blackberry Server ?

And the Service book if not really need, don't re-send to the BB unit, the result may cause to wipe the machine and do the activation again.

SMS係無野的
用緊ISP的email service ，無行 blackberry server
有星的果個mailbox，用電腦login入去係無email在inbox的...
