標題: POF Lower Gen 3 [打印本頁]

My friend just got it and brought it to my house today. Very nice finishing. The best thing about it is having the bolt release button on the right hand side. Thinking if I should get one and get a HK416 upper for it.

Not sure about the law in HK, but my guess is having any gun parts in HK is illegal. Over here....the lower is the gun. The upper is just an upper. When we register our AR's, we are actually registering the lower. We can change our upper anytime.

Even in the state, you still have to register in order to own or buy a lower, without the registration, it is still illegal. You can change any upper to your AR only when they are not Class III restriction item, like SBR. Btw, I am wondering where you can get a HK416 Upper, sounds like they are not for civilian sale yet. If you are talking about the POF upper, then nevermind. Thanks.

U can get HK416 upper, but not the Lower. However, different States has different rules.
