我都收過痕生銀行某分行經理的email叫我借account，睇到最後，佢個分行地址就在我屋企樓下，真係想覆返佢話見面傾

Most likely ...

(1) Once you log on to that website ... you'll be infected with trojin virus ... or they ask you lots of questions to make you unaware that you've gave them a lot of your personal info.

(2) They'll ask you to put some money into a bank account as deposit to "make sure" you won't run away with "their money". In this case, you won't see any of "their money" after you gave them "your money".

Even if it is true ...

This is money laundry!! While they could "disappeared" afterward ... you'll end up in jail becoz you've nowhere to run.
