De-activated Colt 45. Code: PK051
This Colt 45 was made in 1943 and was made for the US Military.
Genuine war time issue Colt .45, made by Remington Rand inc.
The side of the barrel has the following markings:
Colt 45. United States property M1911 A1 US Army.
Remington Rand Inc. Syracuse. N.Y. USA.
The serial number dates the manufacture to 1943. This is in excellent condition and may well have been in storage since being made.
It is de-activated so it cannot fire by the British proof house and is legal to own.
It has the following moving parts:
Moving slide receiver which will hold back.
Moving, working, safety catch.
Moving hammer and trigger so can be pulled and dry fired (repeated drying firing will damage the working parts).
Working magazine catch release and removable magazine.
As this is the Military version it has the lanyard loop on the butt.

如果返香港.......唔洗諗.......當真槍扮

你可以將奄槍連証書博下.....但俾人搜到要將槍交海關!由合資格的槍販攞番.....槍販會收你錢....支槍要送去槍械牌照部再驗......要攞牌.......因你無資格掂

所以全過程由槍販代做....$$$...直至揸住個牌去攞番支槍

Thanks MS! Sounds a bit too troublesome to get it into HK, I'm planning to "persuade" my friend to pay for it and keep it at his place in Leicester

thats a good point, I'll be your customer, how about some .22s first

I still kinda fancy the historical significance in this item, its condition is also a pleasant surprise, sounds like some well-spent￡600
