After communicating with X-Game Square in regard of the below post , it is good to see the management has made best effort in looking into the case.  It is a satisfying response so let's stop the discussion here.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
First of all, I should make it clear that this is not a complain message, this is simply an expression of customer experience.
Second, as customers, we need to admit that we are not totally right, and in fact there are occasions that we did wrong, we apologize for that.  However, there are for sure room for the staffs of X-Game Square to improve their attitude to customers unless they do not treat themselves as professional service provider.
Here is what happened.  It is understand that the rule of thumb at the rest area is absolutely no setting off of shot gun cells what-so-ever.  For accidently setting off a bb-free authenticated shotgun cell, we do apologize for scarring off everyone.  It is also understandable that the staff should come and understand what had happened, BUT, there are certainly many ways for the staffs to question or understand what happen and for sure that should not be done in a RUDE AND TREATENING way.
In addition, in any situations, CUSTOMER FIRST, that a basic rule for good service.  It is understand that the kids my not be totally right when they reported a technical problem with their guns, BUT, please be patient to your customers and never, ever shout to your customers.
We do give credit to the hardware of the venue.  The setting is good, and the place is large.  However, the software (e.g. the staffs) is absolutely below par.  Owners of the place, please do retrain your staff as they are just putting your investment in a hanging balance, especially, when there are already so many good CQB sites in the area and in town.
Disclaimer:
(1) Please note that the above is only my own feeling of the place.  Whether it is a fair judgment or not, I will leave it for the readers to decide.
(2) The above is not, in fact and in appearance, a -ve report on the subject matter.  The subject matter has its credit, but do have room for improvement.
咁多英文....睇到我眼都花
佢地係點樣rude法同點樣treat你呢(其實你係唔係想講threaten?)?係呢方面可唔可以講得詳細d呢?
仲有....有無可能用番中文呢?雖然唔係話睇唔明...不過如果係咁長既話都係中文會比較好
Sorry for the typo.  Yes, I am talking about threatening here.  The treatening is from the overall impression and mentioning the thing word by word will just end up in a "word picking" game.
What I think is,  the staff can come over to understand what happen first, instead of just making the "you are so wrong" judgment call and ignore the fact that the mechanical thing can be triggered by accident.
I agree with floor #2, maybe just a communication problem (and maybe I am the one who have communication problem), but I want to emphasize here is that the service and communication of the staffs can be imporved.
I am not implying anything here but I would say there's no point of discussing such delicate and subjective matter if there is no full disclosure of information. Certainly I wish not make a reckless comment when I was not there or mislead other wargamers in the future. Perhaps you would like to share with us a bit more details?
Well clearly understood as a customer always expect nice service and friendly attitude when being treated on certain ??? matter! Share some experience regarding the safty area in paint-ball field and live ammo range! Within the safty zone they are not insured for any accidentical discharge of any projectiles objects and the like ie. any live or blank ammos or pellets (BBs whatsoever), I was a range safty manager knowing if any such happened I & THE CLUB WILL BE LIABLE for result of injuries arised to any third party without limit! Is not a matter of just saying sorry, it could be very serious offence if anything go wrong! If you loaded and discharge of any blank or live ammos included air-pellets accidentically (or not) within the shooting range safty area or even pointing gun towards anyone intentionally (or not) you'll be expel immediately and the club without warning can inform police license department to temporary suspended or to certain extent force surrounder your guns and license. Same as carry a loaded gun conseal in your body or installed a live bolt into a rifle while travelling to the range is serious offence if being caught by road block or police you definitely go to jail. My opinion is that doing the right thing smart means trouble free and happy! The above case rarely happen and in reality rarely harm anyone, but safty is safty, if you go over the line, there is nothing wrong to see the responsible person being aggresive in expressing their grief concern! Lucky you're not on military duty otherwise court-martial to jail! Next time have a nice cup of coffee in the resting area and enjoy the game.
