ps. e隻spring housing係咪算係受管制的firing part??

I can't see itx!!
Or you mean recoil spring plug?

Anyway, this model of lasermax is fitted into the guide rod.
Looking at the shape, I don't thing you can fit this in any Marui system 1911
I saw similar thing in QxF may be you could ask them.
