that's why people have cofidence only with SOME companies.
i think lots of c-hing experienced that: if we ordered something from US and they have some problem, we can send it back and exchange without any charge (excluding shipping of course).
some companies want to enjoy the protection from law but not offering the services they should provide. asking a sky high price for their products but not fulfilling the quality they should have.

To clarify things up, I did not find any of the defect described in the CXXL Arms homepage in KWS's display SCAR. So i would say check before buy, but it is not a common scene. I still have faith in Marui!
