This could be a "legal disclaimer" saying that they won't take any responsibility associated with the product after sales.
I'm not sure the law where this "product supplier" is located ... if it is HK, you could still drag them to court.
Caution : it would be a civil case therefore if you lose the case, you'll end up paying for your legal fee + lawyer charges, as well as the legal expenses + lawyers charges of the product supplier ... as Tony Chan does.
