Anything short barrel and have stock to shoulder during firing, most likely classified NFA items. Arm brace is not a device can shoulder it. In some states, if you shoulder your arm brace that will turn your pistol rifle into short barrel rifle, gun laws in US is very complicated.

I learnt that arm braces can be shouldered these days without ATF objection...

But firearms with fixed stock (such as the new 320 B&T frame embedded folding stick), and barrel lengths less than 16 inches are definitely no go and requires paperwork

US gun laws...

Is my mistake that P320 should be ok without paperwork as short barrel rifle. I didn’t realize it was an arm brace from the picture. My bad haha.

Government make new laws, manufacture make new tool to go around the laws. A lot of time things got stuck in grey area. You can say is legal , but ATF can still raid your house and lock you up for a days. Most of the time they won’t do that, but shit can happen any days.

Nevermind that, even the ATF would change their stance on thing these days. Previously shouldering an arm brace would be prohibited, now its not. The bump fire stock was all good with the ATF before the LasVegas shooting, but look at where it's heading now

Like the recent Mossberg "shockwave", what a finger right into the face of the ATF

簡單D講
槍管短過16” 但有槍托，不論固定或摺疊都要申請為SBR（短管步槍）或SBS（短管散彈槍）
無槍托有前棍仔就 AOW (any other weapon)
1986年之前生産既自動武器可以自由合法轉讓（好似要睇埋個洲比唔比私人擁有自動武器先
86之後生產就要有class3類牌照
消聲器亦要另外比錢
爆炸物品，例如40mm榴彈就每發比錢
其他有請各位補充
