As long as you subscribe the TechNet, those grey links will become clickable and you will be able to get keys for every product you see. Also each key given can be activated on 10 different devices which belong to you. Once you have used all 10 times limit of the key, you may renew the key which turns your old key and activated products' activation invalid but gives you a brand new key. Vaild activated products will remain legally usable no matter your membership expires or not. However you cannot use these products for commercial use.

I can log on to the Technet with my password and user name......I think I need to talk to Microsoft to see what is the best option for me.
