I have fully open the top of the stock tube but the mofet is still obstructing... can I remove the mofet or can i have something to replace it? Thanks for the answer.

please, i would love to know. my guess is the fuse faces towards the motor as the original config? or the other way around?

i can't wait for your pics. im all set to solder now, just waiting to know which side's which.
i'm just using iphone 4 on the road. i used to use UE TF 10 pro before logitech bought UE.
after i lost my TF10 pro i decided to go custom. i can't be arsed with a mobile DAC, it defeats the whole point of having an iphone as i bought it to get rid of a phone + ipod.
at home/dorm i use a macbook pro connected to a Apogee Duet DAC. its good enough for me.
