After 1997 no more military and police grade specify weapons can be sold to any gun club members!
Therefore, same stuffs without { Police; LE(Law Enforcement); 5.56NATO; 7.62NATO; M16; M14; L1A1; .......} markings still can purchased by any gun club members (only those got the permit to purchase)! Those guns with .223 REM (Remington Magnum); .308 WIN (Winchester Magnum); SEMIAUTOMATIC ONLY; LONG RIFLE; BLACK RIFLE; BLACK SHOTGUN! Are OK! But final decision still need Police License Department approve!
