yes! Its easy PK when go fast! Simple physics - when the wheels sprint at high speed (go fast) the centrifugal force of the wheels tends to offset the balance (bottom weight) and the person weight stand on it, thus, force from the arms and hands holding the post will tend to push foreward in the direction of the wheels sprint! Which means PK PK PK in the street! They should make the third wheel on the front to stop the pushing force, but again what the point of making this junk toy then.......!
The best is to sit 2 police in the electric golf kart! One holding the gun and the other driving the kart! Or simply riding Mountain Bicycle (MTB) instead! These two methods widely adpoted in western world for long time.
