Definitely its a difficult time! You need to take a rest, forget about your work and keep clam! If possible go away for a week and do something you want to do or make you relax! After that sit down and make a list of things you want to improve and make right! Clear your works on hand first and start finding a new job. It may take a week or a year to look for a suitable position. Don't worry! You won't be dead in Hong Kong due to unemployment.
1) Think positive! Because, any bad feeling is not come from you! They only come from your fear!
2) Don't listen to people whom so call telling you the truth on those bad things and experience while out of work!
3) Keep yourself in a working condition! ie. take up any kinds of works without concern any money you get pay, take your kids to school, clean the house, cook dinner etc.! And! Don't let yourself lazy or doing nothing playing computer or watch TV!
4) Wake up early and sleep early! Go out do exercise ie. running daily to keep your physical up while out of work!
5) Should you have difficulties! Talk to people you trust and don't hide inside you!
6) Don't get angry with your family! Tell them what you are facing with.
