First, write a letter to WXC director to explain this sale matter, instructed WXC to refund or immediately replace a new one for you.
Second, circulate copied (CC) to VFX Hong Kong dealer and Taiwan VFX head office together with a letter of compliant (CC) to Hong Kong consumer council, Taiwan trade council, south morning china poxt.
Third, foreward your story to all GBB forum and we will do the bad singing.
