KA have this type for WA M4 BB loader for sell seperately , with 2 adaptor for 90deg & vertical loading.

At least i get a free gift from x-hobby ... , also you can check on x-hobby only $6.5 as their web shown.
May be some 國九 shop also sell this type of loader.
