Basically, expanding ammo is holow-points, it expand when it travels. A lot of country band expanding ammo? I can't name any countries that bands the ammo, just that it can not be used in military under the Hague Convention. It is widely used in law enforcement as the bullet wont over penetrate and kill innocent bystander. Normal HK police also use Hollow point, not just CID.
