I think those tutorial schools can only offer you a chance in scoring higher grades in exams, not necessarily enriching your knowledge/language abilities...
learn english the easy way: find an english game, check any words you don't know, get TeamSpeak and talk to foreigners...
but, i believe courses are also needed 'coz you need to know how to write practical letters, like proposals, speeches and stuff. that's why you go to school anyways...
