I do agree with what you saying here, all this has nothing to do with 歧視, it just a matter where both parties are unwilling to take a step back to come for a conclusion, the way I see this is like no one wish to "loose face", which end up in such unnecessary results.
Nevertheless, I believe that after this situation, a lot more similar cases will occur, soon even a primary school girl will come up and say she don't want to wear skirt due to the same reason. (Thats how all twisted lawsuit develop) <- Then this will be REAL FUNNY
