Glad you have this experience. I, on the other hand, had something totally different! Bought an fully assembled SAI 1911 from them and then I realized they USED some the recoil spring guide from TM instead of using the one that came w/ the SAI kit. Needless to say, when I confronted them, they claim no responsibility! So taking my business elsewhere...
