Arm brace is like loopholes of the laws. Anything short barrel and have stock to shoulder during firing, most likely classified NFA items. Arm brace is not a device can shoulder it. In some states, if you shoulder your arm brace that will turn your pistol rifle into short barrel rifle,  gun laws in US is very complicated.

Is my mistake that P320 should be ok without paperwork as short barrel rifle. I didn’t realize it was an arm brace from the picture. My bad haha.

Government make new laws, manufacture make new tool to go around the laws. A lot of time things got stuck in grey area. You can say is legal , but ATF can still raid your house and lock you up for a days. Most of the time they won’t do that, but shit can happen any days.
