I learnt that arm braces can be shouldered these days without ATF objection...

But firearms with fixed stock (such as the new 320 B&T frame embedded folding stick), and barrel lengths less than 16 inches are definitely no go and requires paperwork

US gun laws...

Nevermind that, even the ATF would change their stance on thing these days. Previously shouldering an arm brace would be prohibited, now its not.  The bump fire stock was all good with the ATF before the LasVegas shooting, but look at where it's heading now

Like the recent Mossberg "shockwave", what a finger right into the face of the ATF
