BREAK同用低波 is the only solution ...
Other than that ... steer the car to the side ... wishing the car would slow down/stop ...
(1) with one side of the tires rub against the sidewalk ... or
(2) with one side of the entire car rub against the wall ...
If 拉手制 in higher speed &/or going down hill ... hand brake would over heat in just a few seconds.
