coz this chapter wants childeren to know the difference between百位數值and 十位數值
so the question focus on the number 1 and 2 itself; not 100 and 20...
If the answer is 1, the question should be changed to "... the difference between 百位數"字" and 十位數"字"...", where 數"字" means digit; otherwise, the answer should be 80 because 數值 means value!
