講真，冇第一間屋仔去第一桶金又點換樓呢?
想當年幾十萬買到居屋既好肯定依家都供完，佢地間屋依家起碼都一百幾十萬...細屋搬大屋呢的係以前政府既政策

我諗買居屋既大部份都係自住多過細屋搬大屋...
