the gear box is the same design... basiclly is a clone... only Marui one don't use bearing... only use bushing...
barrel better use Prometheus 6.03mm one... since you do have such nice airsoft gun...

no no... you can bring along with your M4 Special Operation goto "Gun Street" and check out those shop that carry "Prometheus" and show them your M4 and they will tell you which one to go for... no worry man...

P.S. if you do have extra $200 then also buy the Systema Hop-Up as well... which will be much better then GnP one IMO...

indeed you could... but if you want your gear last long then better change to Systema M120 Spring to use 9.6V... if not your gear will break real fast...

you can just buy Systema FTK... it will work right the way... but I am not sure do they still make it anymore... since there are Systema Tune-Up Gear Box set with Motor nowadays... but is cost around $1700...

but again some of the stuff is better with Prometheus... I do use Systema FTK for my P90... but for my M4A1 I will use Prometheus...

btw, I am also a newbie in airsoft... (only been playing for 2 months... but I have been spending lots of time to do reserch on how to improve your airsoft...)

but at least my P90 didn't screwed up as my first project... and now I will work my next project on a real looking gun M4A1... and this one is for matching up with my CADPAT BDU... I really don't want to screw it up and I am planning for a long term project till 2008...

but when you are paying around $3000 for a airsoft... why not using some nice Japanese company BBs???
a pack of S II S BBs (4000 ) are only go for around $40-45... I don't see much problem with it...

anyway, just my 2 cents
