each company do have their own way of marking their spring... so it doesn't means 2 difference company made 120 spring are the same... so you have to study for it...
if you look into Xystema one M120 spring will give you around 1.5J...
1st Spring I never tried it at all... so no comment at the moment...

well better use some upgrade gear... and if you could use 9.6V Battery is better for M120 Spring...
