well first of all...
do you know how to take off the brush spring and carbon brush?
brush spring:


carbon brush:


then you can unscrew the screw that hold the motor body and motor cap


then you can open your motor...

P.S. sorry for the picture with brand name... since I couldn't find any photos on the internet...

also forgot to tell you... if you don't wnat to mass up your motor... you can goto "Gun Street" and ask for those R/C shop to help you fix it... (in R/C world we open the motor everytime after the race... so this is really common for us... )
