Yes. There is not possible to keep any weapon when off duty. Cleaning kit, Magazines, are personal kit for Regular Army, bayonet and Ghurkha knife is OK to keep as well.
TA should return their ID to Orderly Room after finished duty. Regular must carry their ID card all the time.
