I don't agreed it ,if they are wearning the Commando Dagger. It just say that the army personnel assigned to 3 Commando Bde, If they passed the Commando Course, it should be wearning the gree ...

During my time in the Army, (1971 to 1993) there were some soliders completed the Commando  Training course and then they would entitle to wear the commando badge on the uniform.  However, they are still army but commando trained.

but i was saw the april Combat & Survival, said that the Army Commando  is not need fully train & passed the Commando Course.

I don't know what is that about....May be this is the commando attachment so that they are the member of the commando but do not need to carry out the task as commando. However,as the picture you can see from Auxair that officer had pass the commando course but serving in the normal British Army unit.

There would be also a pay difference if you are commando qualified!
