As a Army boy for many years. i do not know anything about aircraft at all. All I could say is that if China could not make any helicopter I would be very surprised.
Using other country design is not a problem. SA 80 was a advance copy of M16 as far as I know.

其實用外國helicopter係冇問題既, 而家欧美所賣既嘢, 99.99%都係Made in China又唔見本地人話自已國家無乜用.....
