By what you said your computer OS was damaged with the Virus/Spyware. You can try to use the Windows Installation disk to repair the OS. I hope you know what you doing.

After that, you need to scan your computer again with the Anti Viurs/Spyware programs.

I can log on to the Technet with my password and user name......I think I need to talk to Microsoft to see what is the best option for me.
