personally, i have been ordering from them way before they opened this show room while i was still in UK, i think this shop its great especially their service but yet, there are room for improvement, for instance, if u ask them some technical questions, they sometimes said they are not sure. still, i would prefer to shop in there then some shops in KWS purely because of the service.
