dude, if u have already sent the info to the HKP, i suggest u wait for a few days for their reply as the standard government guideline to reply all emails is within 7 days, of course, other departments may be different, alternativily, u may also call 1823, this is the call center of HKG and they should be able to direct ur call to the right department if u have explain to them clearly, please bear in mind that after they direct u to the right department, u may still need to wait for 2-3days for reply, again this is the standard guideline only for calling from the phone, other department may be different. i hope this will help u, good luck
