I am currently shopping for an optic but have the following dilemma.  Would like to hear feedback from people who has been playing with there PTW long enough for advise before spending thousands of dollars for a lens:

Red dot - like the size, shape and weight but lack of pin point accuracy over 30m away, with the range of my PTW, I have transformed from someone running around to a lay back sniper.....

4x Scope - has magnification ability but it seems the only good looking scopes are the ACOGs and that doesn't look right with my future PTW look of 12" outer with the KX3....

Can someone share your views with me?

it was a mistake to ask, now I am more confused than before, all you guys have nice combinations..... but I think Acog + staying with 14.5' is my preference after considering the weight of red dot + magnifier setup, thanks guys!
