A very important notice regarding our previously published news about airsoft MASADA. Two important tidbits of information are apparent: a) this is completely unlicensed product and b) high quality -licensed- version is in the works:

We refer to the update news topic "China: Masada AEG?" in Airsoft News EU (http://www.airsoft-news.eu)

We are the owner of the copyright subsisting in original artistic works in relation to the design of its product, named "MASADA / ACR" ("the Product") are protected in various countries of the World.

The information you received is infringe product made by knock-off Company in China. Please be advised that Magpul Industries Corp has never authorized or licensed to any third party manufacture / distribute "the Product" up to today. If anyone discovers this unauthorized product, please contact us immediately. We will precede legal action against infringer(s) without further notice.

Our Airsoft sub-division (Magpul PTS) is still in the process to develop the update version "MASADA / ACR" and will have further update in early Oct 2008.

唔只係PTS, 而係Magpul本身一早就擁有全球專利, Magpul用禁多錢及時間做設計,點會唔做保護自己知識產權呀。而老翻Pmag只係因為法律程序複雜所以在日本市場短暫出現, 跟一些身在日本的業者講開, Arms/Combat 雜誌已開始取消了所有翻版Pmag的廣告. 而香港法律比較完善及程序相對簡單,所以打擊效果較比較顯注.致於地下交易我相信以Magpul本身是非常即極打擊盜版, 被發現的地下交易都會有雙應措司對應。
