Sorry buddy, but there isn't much that can be done...I had pretty much the same experience when I was in Canada as well, and it also involved a seller from Hong Kong. From that point on, I told myself not to buy stuff from any seller without going through eBay and Paypal system.....i mean, at the end of the day, you may lose a dollar for saving a dime...
