The reason your upper and lower cannot fit/disassemble perfectly is because the barrenl nut is too fit.
The design of madbull is to provide a flush top rail from upper receiver to rail without a gap in between, (a lot of ching wants it this way but that's not how it supposes to works at least in PTW or RS), which turns out the DD delta ring (RISII M4A1, not a big deal on Omega X) is too close to the receiver and prevent you from assemble/disassemble your lower.
The barrel nut itself should not be a problem since mine bolted on perfectly, however you do need to put shim in between the outer barrel and the barrel nut , so the barrel nut does t go all the way in to the upper receiver. By doing so, you provide a small gap bewteen the rail and the upper, allowing you to freely assemble/disassemble your lower.
At least that how I make mine works, hope it help you too.
