關於肌肉拉傷...

小弟前幾日party 玩癲左
之後小腿一路痛
伸直都難
斷估都係拉傷
師兄知唔知有咩解決辦法
同埋要休息幾耐
因為我星期五就去行山

I went to the doctor today and they said the school policy is NO painkiller will be given to these kind of muscle damages.. ....but they say it would be alright in a few days...and I should be able to go to Lake District....anyway, thx guys

按麼膏只係止痛,唔會對病情有幫助
請問每次交替時間幾耐??同埋按麼下佢有冇用架??
