係HKACC向 透過英國 Headquarters Air Cadets (HQAC)提出邀請， 由 UK MOD 轉介 RAF Queen's Colour Squadron 決定派向何人來港，並非HKACC能夠指定何人來港

2005年Training Team 成員係 HQAC Adult Training Facility (ATF) 及 RAF College Cranwell 人員組成
2006年係 HQAC ATF + QCS
2007年係 QCS
2008年係 QCS + RAF College Cranwell
2009年中 QCS有 deployment不會有人員來港， HQAC 同 Cadet Vocational Qualifications Organization 人員會來港為HKACC作為期一週的學術評審。如評審順利，屆時團員完成長官或訓練員基本訓練後再加五年服務年資及呈交報告，可獲英國資歷架構Level 4 (副學士級)資歷 ；有十年年資長官或准尉，具良好服務紀錄、領導才能及傳意能力，另加2,500字合格論文，可獲英國資歷架構Level 6 (榮譽學士級)資歷；有十年年資少校或以上長官，又或任職大隊士官長(Wing Warrant Officer)之准尉，具卓越管理及傳意能力，另加5,000字論文及格，可獲英國資歷架構Level 7 (碩士級)資歷。

閣下應該並非HKACC人員，因此可能不十分清楚每年UK Training Team之運作安排。

So, no need for us to study in the university if you can simply write an essay and serve in an uniform group for such a period to get a sub-degree or else!

Well....  

(1) if you really understand what Auxair said in his reply (#94);
(2) if you know what's the meaning of "Qualifications Framework" ;
(3) if you ever served in / received the trainning from the OCTC of HKACC;
(4) if you ever heard about the similar system in the HKPC and the OUHK;
(5) if you know the background of Auxair.

Then, why not?

Let's come and try, or, just stand still and look.

If you have doubt, look up what is CVQO, C&G Senior Awards, the UK National Qualifications Framework and ILM. The same system is being offered by the British Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force (you can look up a publication entitled "Officer Career Courses Accrediation Guide" from the British Army website). The Accreditation Visit has been scheduled for next July.

Please let me know whether you wish to revise your comments after reading the materials.

We are not shy to go that extra mile to be innovative so that we can be a few steps ahead.
