CORRECTION
1. For this incident, calling government hotline 1823 is WRONG
and causing UN-NECESSARY workload to both 1823 call center and the police.
This incident is believed to be a criminal case (Obtaining property
by deception / Theft) and this is the duty of the Police to tackle criminal
cases, if tele-conversation is really needed, call police hotline (852)25277177
directly.
2. At this stage, email contact is enough and I believe the officers of
the CRB IT team will reply to Resluchub for further investigation soon.
P.S. I am just a passer-by, but I believe my knowledge and experience
of handling this kind of cases are much much better than other users here.

dude, if u have already sent the info to the HKP, i suggest u wait for a few days for their reply as the standard government guideline to reply all emails is within 7 days, of course, other department ...
