YES. There are deactivated firearms in Hong Kong!
But most currently deactivated firearms were modified too heavily due to HK police requirement! And most of them only good for wall hanging but no good for playing mechanical operation, also, annual inspection and not for transportation to other place! All these reason I won't buy them again. But for those not modified too heavily "early deact-arms" are not for transfer of ownership......., thus, better play GBB airsoft nowdays, save money.
