Chavezdaniel

I've found a few websites saying FAL is not a good rifle for sniping, does it adpoted in any military as a sniper or DM role? Sorry, I'm not so familiar with europe's military... I'm guessing the British? Dutch? Belgium? (oops... i mean Belgian,sorry) appericate your help
