唔想累朋友，請問出口是否需要permit?

前排係美國既online shop訂6004，幾間都話現在已經唔比出口，以前都訂到......至於寄唔寄就樓主自己決定了

if 6004 is not allow to export, to some extent it implies that other holsters like cqc can't be export too!?

Safariland products cannot be exported due to manufacturer restrictions, not ITAR.

是否等如出口都只違反contractual terms instead of law?
我不太清楚美國是否會幫廠enforce restrictions。
