for Canadian Forces Regular Force(full-time):
-be a Canadian citizen.
-be at least 17 years old (16 years old to apply to the Reserves, with parents’ permission).
-meet the minimum educational requirement for your occupation of choice. Have a minimum grade 10 or Secondary III (Quebec) education for combat arms occupations up to a university degree for Direct Entry officer plan.
-meet all medical and enrollment standards.
-successfully complete the pre-enrollment aptitude test.
-pass police records check, credit check and personal references check.
-required to provide the following supporting documents:
-----original transcripts of your education (high school, college, university)
-----proof of trades or qualifications
-----Social Insurance Number (SIN) card
-----birth certificate (and those of all your dependants, if applicable)
-----proof of marital status, if applicable
-----two letters of reference
for Canadian Forces Reserve Force(part-time employment)
-be a Canadian citizen.

PS: for reserve forces, applicants need to choose which specialty that they want to involve in(such as Armoured,Infantry,Medical,etc), before they apply to the related regiments
