The Marines pull out completely? Thought they just leave the cities.

Well, I hope you do know that everything after the IBA is just interim solutions until the actual next gen individual armour system, which was scheduled for 2010-12, but that may be postponed with the darn Liberals in Washington now tightening the defense budget.
