N404PA, named "Paul Revere", is owned by the US Government and is used by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Lincoln Labs to test out experimental communications equipment. It used to be owned by Pan Am Airlines and was used for international service. The US Government bought it and covered most the windows and put equipment cooling baffles on the sides towards the front.
